Outside of house with Blue Mountains in back It is a 3 bedroom house with fully fitted kitchen with dining table, living room, sun room, on a 1/4 acre sunny garden with barbeque facilities, garden furniture on the deck and the garden is fully fenced. The bedroom set up is bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and 2 single bunk beds; bedroom 2 has a queen double bed and a single bed; bedroom 3 has a single bed. The house comes with all bed and bath linen provided and is fully equipped as a comfortable holiday home with the kitchen fully equipped with cooking pots, crockery and glassware and a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

Description of area/town/village

Tapanui is very close to the Blue Mountains and from the garden of the house you can see them. Nearby activities include hunting, fishing, golf, bird watching, river swimming, horse trekking and bush walking. Bularangi ourselves are able to organise hunting and fishing as required. Dunedin and Queenstown are a 2 hour drive away, with Invercargill and the Caitlins being a 1 hour drive away

Tapanui is a small town in West Otago, perfectly placed as a get away from it all to the countryside! Queenstown and Dunedin are 2 hours drive away and Invercargill and the Caitlins are 1 hour drive away. There is no phone at the house and no mobile phone reception in Tapanui itself. There is internet connection in the town at the library.
