Large private residents pool
We are ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, four supermarkets, the newly opened Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and a new impressive Sports Complex all within walking distance. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches. Its southern aspect also makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there!
The enclosed patio with lockable gate makes it safe for those little ones. It is also wheel chair friendly. We have furnished it to make it feel like home, even down to bucket and spades for the children!
The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin and one bathroom (with shower). It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) We can supply any nursery equipment needed i.e cot, high chair, just let us know your requirements!
The lounge has a sofa bed and a standard sofa along with English satellite television, CD player, collection of CD’s, DVD player and a large collection of 50 DVD’s. There is also a PS One with games, board games and books for those not so sunny days or for those days when it’s just too darn hot! There is also a dining area which seats 6. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided at no additional cost. There is a hairdryer available.
The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, food processor, juicer, iron, ironing board and washing machine. At the back of the kitchen there is an outside utility area for drying clothes etc. The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a full size bath with shower over.

Our ground floor duplex is on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca on the very popular urbanisation of Jardin Del Mar V. Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min’s drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 20 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport. It has its own south facing walled patio, can accommodate a maximum of five and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year.
