The 4 acre tropical estate has two separate villas, Garden House is a large two storey property, the main house on the estate, with eight chic and stylish guestrooms which come air conditioned, baths en suite, balconies, with large walk-in closets, offering views of the spectacular north coastal sea and fresh water pool.
The Garden Cottage is a beautiful romantic large studio villa ideal for couples, located near the main house. Boasts spectacular tropical garden views from every window. Just perfect for relaxation.

Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay are located in the heart of the north-coast region, defined by fern-clad cliffs and cascading waterfalls, not far from where Columbus first landed more than 500 years ago. A highlight of any trip to Ocho Rios is a visit to Dunn’s River Falls, one of the island’s best-known natural attractions. The resort is also the home to Dolphin Cove, where bottlenose dolphins swim and mingle happily with guests.
