Studio rates begin at $154/night off season. We can accommodate many different room needs from a Studio , 1-5 bedroom villa or the entire property at 62 guests.
Amenities
Unlike the all-inclusive resorts, where your food is prepaid in a package, staying in a villa allows you to experience Negril to the fullest by trying the various restaurants along the beach or cliffs. Room service is also available from our oceanfront Irie On The Beach Bar & Restaurant.
With the villas, come a housekeeping staff, gardener, 24-hour security and office personnel. Water sports are located right on the beach and shopping/crafts markets are a five-minute walk. Besides the beach and water sports, there are the spectacular West End Cliffs, horseback riding, golf, hiking, mountain springs and caves, reggae shows and waterfalls.
Our villas and suites all feature French doors leading to patios or decks.
