Description of area/town/village
|
The holiday apartment is situated in Pomorie, a small town at the southern coast of the Black Sea, located on a narrow peninsula actually reaching far into the sea, not far away from the district capital Burgas (20 km) and the Burgas airport (10 km). The city has an 8 km long guarded beach with fine goldcolored sand where sunbeds, parasols, food and sportive activities are offered. Along the beach promenade you can visit many small restaurants with a wide range of local and international cuisine.
Beside the nice beach Pomorie is also known for its salt lake with its healthy mud. This mud is the reason Pomorie is used as a balneologic center since ancient times.
