We welcome you to a holiday experience in our self catering traditional Maltese House of Character in St. Paul’s Bay, Malta. A rare find in this day and age of modern developments. It is licensed and approved by the Malta Tourism Authority and is available for short term rent throughout the year. It is a comfortable residence boasting traditional patterned floors, wooden beams, high ceilings and many other rustic features. It offers all the mod cons necessary to comfortable living today. The house has stunning sea views of the bay. The house is a two storey building with an area of 76square metres on each floor. It consists of entrance hall, sitting/ dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, four bedrooms, bathroom, shower & toilet downstairs, garden, patio with barbeque area which is ideal for relaxing on a hot summer’s day. Although it is situated in the village core it enjoys stunning sea views and is in a quiet area, yet it is well located within walking distance of the sea, sandy beaches, bus stops, shops, restaurants, banks and the popular resort of Qawra.

Description of area/town/village
|
|
St Paul’s Bay is a traditional quiet fishing village situated to the north west of the island of Malta. It is made up of some particularly beautiful, natural geological features. The locality enjoys beautiful scenery, made up of large expanses of plateau, high ridge areas overlooking steep-sided valleys, beautiful beaches and rocky promenades. It is situated 16 km away from Valletta, the capital city. It is very close to the popular summer resorts of Bugibba and Qawra where you can find numerous bars, restaurants and other entertainment venues. The best sandy beaches in Malta are only twenty minutes away, although the swimming is excellent just down the road from the house from the rocky beach. There is a good bus service to almost all localities in Malta including the main historical sites like the Hypogeum. It is also 30minutes away from the ferry that takes you to the island of Gozo.

The price includes full use of the house, water and cooking gas consumption, food pack on arrival which includes coffee, tea, milk, butter, bread, ham, cheese, bottled water, and toilet paper. The price is per adult per night . Included in the price is a 10 EUR card for electricity. The clients then pay for another extra usage by card.
There is a Single Adult Person Supplement of 5 EUR per night for winter season; 7 EUR per night for mid-season and 10 EUR per night for Summer season.
There are also special discounts for children on request.
