Villa Larimar
The holiday house consists of three separate apartments with a living area of 200 squaremeters. There is also a spacious garden with palm trees, lawn, a shower and a 125 sqm terrace for the children, for grill nights and sunbathing.
Each 35 sqm apartment provides bathroom/shower/WC, air condition, telephone and TV (German programs available) and two 140 cm wide beds.
Center for two of the apartments is a 50 sqm living, dining and kitchen area for general use. The kitchen is well-equipped with washing machine, dish washer, fridge and electric stove.
The whole cottage is best suitable for families, small groups, seniors and couples.
The house can be rent as a complete unit or in single apartments. Price for one apartment is EUR 20 to 30 per day for 2 adults with one child. Final cleaning fee is EUR 20.

Villa Larimar is situated in Hurghada near the Jasmine Village Club. Distance to Hurghada airport is about 8 km and the city center of Hurghada is bout 10 km away.
The beach is nearby in 800 m distance, you can walk there easily in less than 15 minutes.

You can rent single apartments or the whole house as a unit. Price for a frontside apartment is EUR 30, for backward apartment EUR 20 per day. Prices calculated for two adults with one child.
