This Irish Tourist Board approved cottage which accommodates two adults (cot or small bed may be provided for infant) has been tastefully modernized including living room, kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom with shower only. Facilities and services include oil fired central heating, open fireplace, bed linen and towels, television, radio and CD player, books on local subjects, private parking. Kitchen includes microwave and coffee maker. Laundry facilities are in the boiler house. The cottage is one of a number built by German settlers that came to Ireland in 1709. It features its original traditional front flower garden with original stone pier entrance. The grounds have an old world charm.

This self catering cottage is set on a small road in a secluded location with mature trees. It is centrally located in a rural farming community near Adare in West Limerick and is ideal for day trips to Limerick city (29km), Cork city (87km), Galway city / Cliffs of Moher (116km), Killarney (80km), Tralee (74km), Cashel (87km), & the seaside (58km). Hourly buses within comfortable walking distance.
Local amenities include museums, golf courses, fishing, forest parks and gardens, equestrian centre, swimming pool and shopping.
