The holiday home of about 110 sqm living area is situated on a 815 sqm property. It is well-suited for four persons but can accomodate up to six persons on three floors. Two living rooms, oven with wood-burning fireplace inserts, telephone, two digital satellite tv with LCD screen and surround sound, WLAN DSL internet access, dvd player, stereo and safe.
The vacation rental also provides a luxury sauna, kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove with four ceramic hot plates, dishwasher and microwave. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and WC, balcony, terrace with grill and trampoline, washing machine, dryer, central gas heating, tabletennis and parking place.

Description of area/town/village
|
The community of Rheinböllen is situated about 400 to 600 meters above sea level at the foot of Soonwald peak in the eastern part of the Huhnsrück mountain range .
Our holiday apatment and the holiday homes are part of a holiday resort in the forest about 2 km west of Rheinböllen, it is a quiet but still centrally located place.
You can enjoy the day sitting on the terrace or the lawn or do a refreshing walk through the woods. Within ten minutes you can reach a restaurant with tennis hall and two bowling alleys.
Attractions like rivers Rhine and Moselle with all the castles and other sights can be easily reached by car.
